Day 8:
Carrying on with each strand here. Another hinged piece, this time somewhat larger and with wires to allow various attachment to the wall.

The Hinged Line works refer to those things that are made swiftly and in a perfunctory manner in the service of some practical goal. I have collected images of such occurences and presented them as photographic prints and artists books with the overall title Sculptural Situations.

Making more quick drawings for the (Un)Claimed Drawings series. I put another one on the step before leaving.

Walking up the hill to the storefront after a break, I saw someone standing for a long time, peering into the storefront. I like the idea that individuals can have their own experience of what's happening inside without explanations. But I do think I will put something in the window tomorrow to let people know who I am.
